For actions performed leading up to and during The Royal Manticoran Navy's operations at Chi-Fi, 20-22 March 2015, in which he, in which he planned, organized, and directed the execution of a Fan Table and room party, demonstrating initiative and devotion to the growth of TRMN in Second Naval District's largest metropolitan area, at great personal effort and expense above and beyond that expected of RMN personnel, resulting in the recruitment of new personnel for HMS Galahad and HMS Tornado, COMMANDER SHERMAN DAY, ME, commanding HMS Hotspur, is hereby MENTIONED IN DISPATCHES and authorized to wear the award stripe in accordance with RMN uniform regulations. Commander Day, your actions are a fine example to your fellow spacers and marines! The Tradition Lives!
