Job Purpose
To assist the Chief of Staff by coordinating regular activities happening within the Fleet
Duties
- Participate in staff meetings as requested by the Chief of Staff
- Determine ways in which the staff can improve, and provide feedback to all staff members
- Coordinate activities of all Operation Officers within the command area
- Create and maintain calendar for all chapter events in the Area of Responsibility
- Oversee and facilitate creation and receipt of all Chapter monthly reports and provide the inputs to the Command Staff
- Coordinate with Staff Intelligence Officer on schedule of events
- Create annual activities for chapters within your Area of Responsibility
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Familiarity with TRMN Forums, Discord, Facebook, G Suite, and other information sources.
- Ability to organize a wide variety of information and materials in a meaningful and useful way
- Excellent scheduling and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Be a member in good standing in TRMN, within the Area of Operation.
- Operations or Fire Control exams passed (Preferred)
- Hold a minimum rank of O-3 (Lieutenant) or be eligible for promotion by having completed the required coursework
- Be compliant with the ""two-hat"" rule upon taking this position
