BuTrain Order 081-21 was issued on 18 December 2021 by the Commandant of Saganami Island Academy's Technical Specialties College. It appointed the Quartermaster of the Watch Instructor of that institition.

Chief Petty Officer Robert E. Hamlin (RMN-6356-20) of HMS Rigel is hereby appointed to the position of Quartermaster of the Watch Instructor, Saganami Island Technical Specialties College. CPO Hamlin is ordered to immediately report to Captain (SG) Bruce W. Crews, Acting Chair of the Astrogation Department, to assume his duty station.
