As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson. With the approval of BuPers I hereby make the following award:

Survivor's Cross

• RMN-0030-10 Bryan Jones CPO GNS Gideon's Sword

While leaving an Amtrak Station in Lakeland Florida Chief Jones moved to assist an elderly lady who had slipped and fell striking her head on the pavement. Chief Jones determined that the lady needed more aid than he was qualified to give, he notified Station Staff who called Emergency Services. Chief Jones remain with lady providing comfort and ensuring she remained conscious until paramedics arrived. When they did he reported the pertinent facts of the incident and steps taken.
