Re:	4th Fleet Fleet Order 34-0206-19 Staff Appointments

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson. I hereby appoint the following officers to the following positions on my staff in Grayson Home Fleet (4th Fleet). Lieutenant Commander Rowan Wagstaff-Weston, ME, QBM, GSN to the position of Gunnery Officer.

Lt (JG) Philip Charles Culmer, KE, RMN as Flag Lieutenant

Commander Neil Simpson, KDE, MC, OG, QBM, GSN is hereby promoted to Captain (06) GSN and assigned to the position of Chief of Staff, .
