Fleet Order 1808-C was issued 21 August 2018 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order awarded the Silesian Anti-Piracy Campaign Medal to personnel who traveled a qualifying distance and worked on behalf of TRMN at the STARFLEET International Conference in Minneapolis, MN on 10-12 August 2018.

For travelling a qualifying distance and working on behalf of The Royal Manticoran Navy at the STARFLEET International Conference, held 10-12 August 2018 in Minneapolis, MN, the following personnel are hereby awarded the SILESIAN ANTI-PIRACY CANMPAIGN MEDAL, effective 21 August, 2018.
