Fleet Order 1806-E was issued 22 June 2018 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order awarded the Prisoner of War Medal to volunteers working at the 2017 Can't Stop the Signal charity fundraiser in Minneapolis, MN.

Commander Matthew LINDQUIST and Lieutenant Commander Lucas MATTHYS, both of HMS Samurai, represented the Royal Manticoran Navy in volunteering for the 2017 Can't Stop the Signal event at the Riverview Theater in Minneapolis, MN. These worldwide fan-run charity events are held in many cities and to date have raised over $1 million for Equality Now. These officers worked at the merchandise table during the screening of Serenity wearing a mix of CSTS staff wear and TRMN uniform.
CDR Lindquist and LCDR Matthys are hereby awarded the PRISONER OF WAR MEDAL, effective 22 June, 2018.
