The First Lord of the Admiralty has reposed special trust and confidence in Captain Junior Grade Angela Clayton of HMS Saladin. In view of these qualities, completion of all requirements for advancement, and her demonstrated leadership potential and dedicated service to the Royal Manticoran Navy, she is therefore promoted to the rank of CAPTAIN OF THE LIST with the approval of the Flag Promotion Board effective 22 October 307 After Landing.
