In Anerkennung des vorbildlichen Einsatzes für die Großartige Allianz Dritte Flotte an Bord der SMS Scharnhorst und der Erfüllung aller in den entsprechenden Admiralitätsbestellungen aufgeführten Anforderungen werden die folgenden Offiziere ab sofort befördert:
