Having succesfully completed the SIA-SRN-23A Examination, Spacer 3rd Class Philip Culmer (RMN-4850-17) is hereby rated as Corpsman 3rd Class. Further, Corpsman 3rd Class Culmer is hereby seconded to the ship's Marine detachment to serve as medical support as of the date of this order.
This order effective as of 0001 on the 4th of September, 2017.
