Having completed the requisite Time in Grade and Academic requirements, Spacer 1st Class Lyndsey Ashman GSN, Serial Number RMN-3194-15 is hereby promoted to Petty Officer 3rd Class GSN with seniority date of the 26th of June. This order effective as of 0001 on the 29th of July.
