In recognition of achieving Champion Standing during Fourth Fleet's participation in the 2019 Black Sphinx Cup by accumulating 21 challenge points and with the highest compliments on how they rose to the Test during the Physical Training and Gunnery Challenges, GNS Glory CLAC-09 is hereby awarded the FLEET EXCELLENCE AWARD IN GOLD. All members on the roster of this chapter during the calendar year 2019 are authorised to display the appropriate ribbon with gold E device. In addition, GNS Glory is invited to submit a portfolio to the First Space Lord's office to be considered for the TRMN wide cup.
