4th Fleet Fleet Order 40-2809-19 Eurocon amendments

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson.
Due to clerical oversight some members of 4th Fleet were missed from the previous award list. In order to correct this the following award is made.
The following individuals attended TitanCon, the 2019 EuroCon in Belfast, a Fleet event, and stood to their Test by participating and working at the convention and in assisting in Fleet activities.
