Re:	Change of Command, Tenth Expeditionary Force • FORCECOM Order 1903-E

Effective as of 0001 Hours on March 14th, 2019, it is my duty to announce the change of command for Tenth Expeditionary Force.

Thank you Brigadier General Michael Houghtaling for all you have done as the Commanding Officer of 10th Expeditionary Force and the Corps, you have been relieved.

Brigadier General James Olsen is assigned and Commanding Officer, 10th Expeditionary Force.

All remaining billets and ranks to remain the same.

As befitting the billet, I authorize the following:

Brigadier General James Olsen is breveted in rank to the rank of Major General (F-2)

Major General James Olsen is instructed to report to post immediately.
