By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby order the constitution and activation of a Marine Detachment aboard HMS Guadalcanal (LPH-02) Captain (SG) Sonja Thiede commanding, effective 0001 Hours on March 14th, 2019.
The Guadalcanal Marine Detachment will be a Brigade-sized echelon, assigned to 1st Corps, 10th Expeditionary Force.
The composition of the 19th Marine Brigade of MarDet Guadalcanal is as follows:
- COL Geoffrey Kramer is assigned as the 19th Marine Brigade Commanding Officer.
- CPT Kevin Lau is assigned as the 19th Marine Brigade Executive Officer.
- RSM Shauni Allen is assigned as the 19th Marine Brigade Regimental Sergeant Major.
The 19th Marine Brigade is composed three regiments, the 15th RMMC Rifle Regiment “The Talbott Rifles”, the 33rd RMMC Rifle Regiment “The Scarlet Regiment, and the 95th RMMC Rifle Regiment “The Dresden Regiment”.
The following personnel are assigned to the command triad of the 15th RMMC Rifle Regiment.
- CPT Kevin Lau is assigned as Commanding Officer 15th RMMC Rifle Regiment.
- LTCOL Rachel Miller is assigned as Executive Officer 15th RMMC Rifle Regiment.

Per Corps Directive 04-1808, all remaining billets will be assigned by the MarDet CO, the Office of ComForceCom will be available to assist as needed.
