By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby order the constitution and activation of a Marine Detachment on HMS Helen Zilwicki (CA-548), CAPTJG Joseph L. Lyons commanding, effective 03 APR 2015.
MarDet Helen Zilwicki is assigned to 1st Corps, 3rd Expeditionary Force, The Montanero Regiment.
The Helen Zilwicki Marine Detachment will be a Section-sized echelon, consisting of the following Marine personnel:
Private Vivian Vazquez Morgan is hereby brevetted to the rank of Corporal (E-4) and billetted as Section Leader, 1st Section, MarDet Helen Zilwicki. Congratulations, Corporal.
Corporal Morgan is instructed to report to her post immediately, and ready her Section for shipboard duty.
