I am honored to command the host fleet for MantiCon 2019, held in congestion with SpikeCon in Layton, UT over the July 4th holiday weekend. The Operations Department of this con was undertaken by The Royal Manticoran Navy (TRMN).
As MantiCon 2019 was an Admiralty level event, all volunteers are awarded the HAVENITE WAR CAMPAIGN MEDAL (HWC). The percentage of TRMN members that attended and volunteered was an amazing 100%, from the figures I have been able to compile. These volunteers were from nearly every component in the organization.
Also of note is the fact that 94% of the TRMN personal had to travel extreme distance, and are awarded the Silesian Anti-Piracy Campaign Medal (SAPC) in addition to the HWC.
This event was done in conjunction with other Science Fiction Fandom groups, the Utah Fandom Organization and the World Science Fiction Society (WSFS), which chartered the North American Science Fiction Convention (NASFiC) part of this convention. This qualifies all participants for the Masadan Occupation Medal (MOM).
The challenge in compiling a list of all participating members (i.e. those who did not merely attend, but also performed volunteer work for the convention) is that in addition to those who are officially on the volunteer list and on department rosters, many people stepped up and pitched in on the spot. These members’ names are not recorded, so we depend on the recollection of the staff. Further, we depend on those heads to give an account of number of hours worked and outstanding contributions. Those members who volunteered (were on a panel or performed at least an hour of service for the convention would be a good rule of thumb standard) but are NOT listed below should contact chair[at]manticon[dot]org with name, rank, chapter, and description of their activity. If necessary, an addendum to this order will be gazetted.

This does not constitute an additional award for any personnel who have previously been awarded the SAPC in 2018.
