As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Commander Christopher Tolbert to the position of Mannheim University - History of TRMN Lecturer. Commander Tolbert, RMACS you are ordered to report to the offices of Mannheim University, Neu Odenwaldkries, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as History of TRMN Lecturer, where you will report to Lt. Colonel Jackie Stuard, QBM, PROVOST Mannheim University.
I would also like to take this time to formally thank our temporary lecturers, Director of Intelligence Wayne Bruns, GCE, MC, OC, CR, CGL, SC, OG, CGM, GS, QBM, CBM, CIVIL (INTEL), and <Name Removed> for all their support and assistance for stepping into this post and thereby allowing us to keep this program open.
