Re:	Appointment of Saganami Island Academy Naval Technical Specialties College Department Chairs and Instructors (BuTrain Order 105-16)

Captain (JG) Marcus Marc Easterly (RMN-3601-16) of HMS Insurmountable is hereby appointed to the position of SIA Naval Technical Specialties College Administration Department Chair effective 10 December 2016.

Chief Petty Officer Thom Shartle (RMN-0627-12) of HMS Reliant is hereby appointed to the position of SIA Naval Technical Specialties College Astrogation Department Chair and brevet promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander (O-4), effective 10 December 2016.

Lieutenant Commander Robert Bob Marshall (RMN-3574-15) of HMS Excalibur is hereby appointed to the position of SIA Naval Technical Specialties College Missile Instructor in the Tactical Department, Weapons Group, effective 10 December 2016.

Spacer 3rd Class Kenneth Kenneth W. Hammes (RMN-4091-16) of GNS Barbara Bancroft is hereby appointed to the position of SIA Naval Technical Specialties College Gunner Instructor in the Tactical Department, Weapons Group and brevet promoted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7), effective 10 December 2016.
