As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Commander Drakkus Heath, RMN (RMN-2961-15), of HMS Truculent, to the position of Development Officer for the Office of the Bureau of Training.
Commander Heath you are hereby ordered to report to the office of the Sixth Space Lord, Royal Manticoran Navy, Bureau of Training, post haste, where you will assume your respective offices within BuTrain.
Effective 22 September 2016.
