As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Spacer 2nd Class Chris Tolbert (RMN-3687-16) to the position of CORE Instructor of Landing University.
In addition you are brevetted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7).
Chief Tolbert, you are hereby ordered to report to the office of the Sixth Space Lord Royal Manticoran Naval Bureau of Training, Admiralty House, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, where you will report to Captain Nemer, Provost of Landing University, and Commodore Bruns, Regent of the Landing University System, and assume your respective office within Landing University
