Appointment and Brevet of Provost of Landing University (BuTrain Order 064-16)

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Lieutenant (jg) Stephen Nemer, to the position of Provost of Landing University. In addition you are brevetted to rank of Captain (jg) (O-6a).
Captain Nemer, you are hereby ordered to report to the office of the Sixth Space Lord Royal Manticoran Naval Bureau of Training, Admiralty House, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, where you will report to Commodore Bruns, Regent of the Landing University System, and assume your respective office within Landing University.
