Appointment of Merchant Fleet Academy Commandant (BuTrain Order 051-16)

By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:
First Officer Peter Gold (RMN-2849-15) is appointed to the position of Commandant of the Merchant Fleet Academy and is promoted to the rank of Master (C-14).
Captain Gold, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the Merchant Fleet Academy to assume Command as Commandant of said Academy and to oversee the creation and administration of the Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine courses and the recruitment and retention of the faculty and staff necessary to administer these courses.
