Chief Petty Officer Sir David Goldsberry, KE, (RMN-2606-16) of HMS Medusa is hereby appointed to the position of Coxswain Instructor in the Astrogation Department in the Saganami Island Academy Naval Technical Specialties College effective 29 May 2016.
Spacer 3rd Class Colin Lloyd (RMN-3615-16) of GNS Joshua is hereby appointed to the position of Plotting Instructor in the Astrogation Department in the Saganami Island Academy Naval Technical Specialties College and is hereby breveted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7) effective 29 May 2016.
