Chief Petty Officer Jamey Salsberg (RMN-0515-12) of HMS Lodestone is hereby appointed to the position of SIA Technical Specialties College Administration Department, Personnelman Instructor effective 2 July 2017.
Spacer 2nd Class David Bell (RMN-3701-16) of GNS Albion is hereby appointed to the position of SIA Technical Specialties College Command Department Master-at-Arms Instructor, and promoted to Chief Petty Officer (E-7) effective 2 July 2017.
