Warrant Officer First Class Michael Cucchiarella of HMS Invincible is the Boatswain Instructor in the Command Department of the Naval Technical Specialties College. While his normal duties include assisting students with questions, he recently took the time to go above and beyond and work with a student one-on-one to ensure that student understood exactly what is generally required for all BuTrain exams. He not only reviewed how to answer questions but provided the student examples of how questions could have better been answered. Warrant Officer First Class Cucchiarella’s professionalism and exceptional service reflect great credit upon himself and the Bureau of Training, and uphold the finest traditions of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Warrant Officer First Class Michael Cucchiarella is hereby awarded the Navy Marine Achievement Medal.
