By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:
Captain (JG) Michael John Timko III (RMN-3014-15), OG, ME, is hereby appointed to the position of Commanding Officer of the Enlisted Training Center within the Naval College of the Saganami Island Naval Academy. In this position, Captain Timko will oversee the administration of the RMN enlisted courses and supervise the instructors of these courses.
