By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:
Chief Petty Officer Ed Lund, KDE, NS, RMN, (RMN-0538-12) is appointed to the position of Instructor for the Warrant Officer School at Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy and is promoted to Warrant Officer (W-1) effective 4 April 2017.
Warrant Officer Lund, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the Commandant of IMNA to assume your duties.
