BuTrain Order 031-18 was issued on 16 April 2018 by the VADM Lady Dame Laura Lochen, KCR, MC, DSO, ME, QBM. This order appoints a new BuTrain Staff Member.

Re:	Appointment of the BuTrain Accessibility Officer (BuTrain Order 031-18)

Effective April 16, 2018, Captain (JG)@Mark Gledhill (RMN-0284-11) of HMS Justicar, is appointed the first BuTrain Accessibility Officer and commensurate with the position promoted to the rank of Captain Senior Grade.

This office was previously under the Remote Training Institute, it is now it's own staff position and reports directly to the 6th Space Lord.
