As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Ensign Philip Culmer KE RMN to the position of Mannheim University - History of Medicine Lecturer.
Ensign Culmer, you are ordered to report to the offices of Mannheim University, Neu Odenwaldkries, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as History of Medicine Lecturer, where you will report to The Rt. Hon. Amanda Barrow, OGL, MR, CGM, PC - Regent, Star Kingdom University System.
I would also like to take this time to formally thank our temporary lecturer, Transport Minister Garret Bitker for all his support and assistance for stepping into this post and thereby allowing us to keep this programme open.
