Re:	Appointment of SIA Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Instructor (BuTrain Order 019-16)

By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:

Senior Master Chief Gunners Mate Ken O'Dell, NS, ME (RMN-1121-12) is appointed to the position of Instructor in the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer School within the Enlisted Training Center of the Naval College at the Saganami Island Naval Academy. Senior Master Chief O’Dell, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to West Hall on Saganami Island and assume the duties of Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Instructor.
