BuTrain Order 17-18 was issued on 09 February 2018 by the VADM Lady Dame Laura Lochen, KCR, MC, DSO, ME, QBM. This order appoints a new member to the Merchant Fleet staff.

Re:	Appointment of Merchant Fleet Academy Deputy Commandant (BuTrain Order 017-18)

By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:

Joe Jungers (RMN-1989-15) of HMS Werewolf (CLAC-28) is hereby appointed to the position Merchant Fleet Academy Deputy Commandant and is promoted to the rank of Embassy Intelligence Liaison (C-15).

Liaison Jungers, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the Merchant Fleet Academy to assume your duties as Deputy Commandant.
