By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:
Rear Admiral of the Red Eric Schulman, SC, OG, EM, (RMN-0503-11) is appointed to the position of Commandant of the Saganami Island Naval Academy, and its dependent schools.
Rear Admiral Schulman, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the Saganami Island Naval Academy to assume the Command as Commandant of the said Academy and its dependent Schools.In Honor of the Queen!
