As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint 1st Lieutenant William Plasse to the position of RMMCTSC Deputy Commandant.
1st LT. Plasse, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Technical Specialties Center, RMMC Camp Maastricht in the Duchy of West Wind post haste to assume your duties as Deputy Commandant. With this appointment you are hear by promoted to O4 Major retro active to Feb 1, 2021, where you will report to Col. Jackie Stuard Commandant - RMMCTSC.
This directive is effective on this date 0001, 6 February, 2021.
