Chief Petty Officer Thompson Hangen (RMN-3896-16) of HMS Atropos is hereby appointed to the position of SIA Naval Technical Specialties College Assistant Chair, Environmental Systems Group, Engineering Department, and brevet promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander (O-4), effective 3 February 2017.
