As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Gunner 2/c Frank Gonzalez, ME, RMN [RMN-5364-18] to the position of Senior Civil Servant Lecturer at the Kings College, Landing University, and is hereby promoted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E7).
CPO Gonzalez, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of Landing University, Star Kingdom University System, Manticore post haste to assume your duties as Senior Civil Servant Lecturer, where you will report to The Rt. Hon. Amanda Barrow - Regent, Star Kingdom University System.
