As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Mr Andrew Reist (DIP) RMN 5200-18 to the position of Landing University - Queens College - Senior Civil Servant Lecturer, and is hereby promoted to the civilian rank of Vice-Consul (C12).
Mr Reist, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of Landing University, Star Kingdom University System, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as Junior Minister Lecturer, where you will report to The Rt. Hon. Amanda Barrow - Regent, Star Kingdom University System.
