BuShips Directive 2408-04 was issued on 21 August 2024 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Executive Officer to HMS Testudo (CL-415).

Commander Smith:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Beowulf (BC-739), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, relieving Fregattenkapitän Ed Hartwick, IAN, in service to the Empire. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The above directive is effective on this date, 21 August 2024.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Fregattenkapitän Hartwick for their service as XO of the HMS Beowulf (BC-739) and wish them all success in their future endeavors.
