BuShips Directive 2012-01 was issued on 14 Dec 2020 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Executive Officer for HMS Specter (CLAC-29).

Lieutenant (JG) Ireland:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Specter (CLAC-29), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of Commander, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 14 December 2020.
