BuShips Directive 2011-05 was issued on 16 November 2020 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive re-commissions HMS Justicar (CA-404).

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 16 November 2020, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of HMS Justicar (CA-404). This is a Saganami B Heavy Cruiser and is assigned to the Third Fleet (Winston Salem, NC).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Justicar (CA-404):

- CDR Christopher Carter (assigned as XO)
- CPO Lyn Holiman (assigned as Bosun)

The following Royal Marine Corps personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Justicar (CA-404):

Subsequent to the recommissioning, HMS Avalon (CL-395) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be made available for recommission at a later date.
