Effective as of 0001 Hours on 03 November 2019 it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of SMS Haudegen (Z-65). This is a Dolch-class Destroyer and is assigned to the Seventh Fleet (Flint, Michigan).

Subsequent to the commissioning, SMLAC Arminius (LAC-001) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be made available for recommissioning at a later date.
