BuShips Directive 1910-04 was issued on 15 October 2019 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Executive Officer for Manticore Central Control (ATC-01).

Lieutenant (JG) Luberda:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard Manticore Central Control (ATC-01), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, relieving Captain Thomas Bainbridge, OC, NS, GSN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of LIEUTENANT SENIOR GRADE, RMACS.
The above directive is effective on this date, 15 October 2019.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Captain Bainbridge for his service as Executive Officer of Manticore Central Control and wish him all success in his future endeavors.
