BuShips Directive 1903-06 was issued on 07 March 2019 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new executive officer for HMS Minotaur.

Lieutenant (JG) Humphrey:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Minotaur (CLAC-01), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, relieving Commander Karl Gallagher, RMN in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 07 March 19.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Commander Gallagher for his service as Executive Officer of Minotaur and wish him all success in his future endeavors.
