BuShips Directive 1903-02 was issued on 07 March 2019 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a bosun for HMS Implacable.

Petty Officer Third Class Melech-Solomon:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Implacable (SD-467), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Chief of the Boat (Bosun), relieving Senior Master Chief Petty Officer Jacob Sandoval, QBM, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 07 March 19.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Senior Master Chief Petty Officer Sandoval for his service as Bosun of Implacable and wish him all success in his future endeavors.
