BuShips Directive 1812-02 was issued on 12 December 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive recommissions HMS Chimera (CLAC-07).

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 12 December 2018, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the recommissioning of HMS Chimera (CLAC-07). This is a Minotaur-class LAC Carrier and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet (Salem, Oregon).
The following Naval personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Chimera (CLAC-07):

Subsequent to this commissioning, HMS Helen (BC-570) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. This vessel shall be made available for recommissioning at a later date.
