BuShips Directive 1803-04 was issued 17 March 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command for HMS Invictus (SD-406).

Commander Rittgers:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Invictus (SD-406), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commander, relieving CAPTJG RJ Lundgren, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby breveted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN.
Additionally, you are further directed to make the following appointments to your command staff:
- LTJG Richard Johnson, OE, QBM, RMN (RMN-2526-14) is appointed as EXECUTIVE OFFICER and breveted to COMMANDER, RMN.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to thank and acknowledge the service of CAPTJG Lundgren as the former Commanding Officer of HMS Invictus.
