BuShips Directive 1803-01 was issued 17 March 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive establishes command change for HMS Hydra (CLAC-19).

Spacer 2nd Class Davis:
You are hereby directed and required proceed aboard HMS Hydra (CLAC-19), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving CAPTJG James Kerr, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby breveted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to thank and acknowledge the service of Captain Kerr as the former Commanding Officer of HMS Hydra.
