BuShips Directive 1709-07 was issued 26 September 2017 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes the command of GNS Seneca Gilmore (SD-37).

The following personnel are assigned to your command, GNS Seneca Gilmore (SD-38) in the defined capacities:
- ENS Trudy Vandeventer, RMN (RMN-3871-16) is hereby appointed as EXECUTIVE OFFICER. She is subsequently breveted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
The above order is effective on this date, 26 September 2017.
