BuShips Directive 1709-05 was issued 28 September 2017 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions HMS Second Yeltsin (SD-472).

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 28 September 2017, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of HMS Second Yeltsin (SD-472). This is a Invictus-class Superdreadnought and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet (Ralston, NE, USA).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Second Yeltsin (SD-472):

Subsequent to this commissioning, HMS Dienekes (BC-585) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. This vessel shall be made available for recommissioning at a later date.
