BuShips Directive 1705-01 was issued 02 May 2017 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive re-commissions HMS Hellhound (DD-446).

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 2 May 2017, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the recommissioning of HMS Hellhound (DD-446). This is a Wolfhound-class Destroyer and is assigned to Sidemore Station (Ft. Erie, ON, Canada).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Hellhound ( DD-446):
- CDR Paul McPherson (assigned as CO)
- LTSG Ian Brannan (assigned as XO)
- PO2 Norman Stone, GSN (assigned as Bosun)
- S1C Rick Aseltine
- S2C David Eden
- S3C Lee McGregor
- S3C Mark Molnar

The following brevets are hereby authorized:
